Founder of LEAD

A Life Defined by Transformation

Romain LeBlanc is a mentor, speaker, and community leader whose life journey is rooted in perseverance, faith, and transformation. As the Founder of LEAD, he is committed to equipping youth and families with the tools, guidance, and encouragement needed to rise above life's challenges.

Romain's passion for mentoring was born from his own lived experiences. Having overcome personal adversity and seasons that could have defined him negatively, he chose instead to allow those moments to refine him. His story is one of growth, accountability, and purpose — and he uses that transparency to connect authentically with the youth he serves.

Through LEAD, Romain creates safe spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and supported. His message is simple but powerful: your past does not disqualify you, your struggles do not define you, and giving up is never an option. He believes in walking alongside others — not just speaking to them — and models resilience through action.

In recognition of his service and commitment to uplifting the community, Romain was honored by the City of Gonzales as Citizen of the Year and was presented with the Key to the City — a testament to the impact of his leadership and dedication.

“Romain's mission is to help others discover their purpose, develop discipline, and build confidence — so they can one day turn around and help someone else. For him, mentoring is not just a program — it's a calling.”
